There are no particular countries that are not allowed join FIFA, some countries are banned due to certain reasons but the ban is not permanent and is lifted up after sometime, however there are countries that aren’t recognized republics and thus they have their own particular football federation for unrecognized states known as CONIFA an abbreviation for Confederation of Independent Football Association.
