Secondary colour is when you mix two primary colour together (red,blue and yellow)
for instance, purple is a secondary colour because red and blue is purple!
I’m like 99.8% sure it’s D because they design for commercial reasons (it’s in the name) and all three of those would be sold either as products or as packaging
