If safe turn the power connection off at the supply source e.g the power box where the main switches are. But do not attempt to turn the power off st the powerpoint switch (the source in which the electrical hazard is coming from).

Even after the power has been disconnected you shouldnt touch the person immediately after.

Hm, I've done something similar in the past so listen closely. Do you see each each dot on the line below? Use a paragraph 3-5 sentences with a title to describe each event and here is the jist of each paragraph:

First Kiss

This event happened " (Year/ Date Here) " and it is important because " (Some semi-important truth) " and because of it I am a different person.

This event type is " " by" (Piaget, Kohlberg, or Erikson) " 's concept of " ".

Also, based on what you have learned in the past, the sentence with the bullet next to is what type of concept and who created it.
