Answer: Gatsby wants her for love, Tom, I think, just wants her because she "belongs" to him. ... It comes about because Tom has "old money" and Gatsby does not. You can see this in how Tom hates Gatsby saying "old sport" (implies he things Gatsby is putting on airs) and how he dislikes the way Gatsby has made his money.

What was jupiter and his mighty company motivation to drive the titans away
asambeis [7]

Answer:

James Baldwin (1841-1925) was an educator and prolific children’s book author who re-wrote many classic legends and myths for young readers. Myths and folktales can tell us a lot about how the world came to be and, even now, prompt us to ask ourselves questions about the world. Many cultures depend on mythology to express their values, histories, and systems of thought. Greek and Roman myths have been widely read in the West and translated into various different styles and genres: from sophisticated poetry to novel adaptations and even movies. In this myth, James Baldwin retells the tale of Jupiter and His Mighty Company in an accessible style. As you read, take note of some of the themes within the myth and how they might teach us lessons about the world we live in today.

Another answer:: They drove the Titans away because the Titans tried to kill the gods and their father, Kronos, ate Jupiter's older siblings, Jupiter is the youngest of Kronos's children.

Consider the Tips for Responsible Financial Decisions discussed in this module. Using some of these tips, what advice would you
Novosadov [1.4K]

Answer:

In order for Brian to reach his financial goals he needs to do the following:

1. Set those goals using the ASMART goals setting techniques.

His goals must be Aligned with his personal aspirations;

He must be Specific with the figures he plans to reach in terms of savings, investments etc;

The goals must be Measurable;

The goals must be Achievable; There is no use setting goals that cannot be attained;

The goals must be Realistic; Brian cannot be on a monthly salary of $10,000 and hope to attain a savings of $1 000,000

The goals must be Time-bound; He must put a date to the financial goals

So here is an example: Assuming that he earns $10,000 every month and his expenses every month is $6500, Brian can set his goals as follows:

I'm am saving toward my Ph.D. I have by December 31, 2021 the sum of $30,000. I will achieve this by setting aside at least $2,500 dollars every month starting from January 31, 2021

Another set of habits for financially responsible people include but are not limited to the following:

  • they make a commitment to a never-ending personal improvement by reading books that increase their financial literacy;
  • make a budget and stick to it etc.

Cheers
