Depression in young adults stems from various things but effects a lot of things in a young persons life. For example fifteen year old girl might be struggling in school while also working a full time job and babysitting her younger siblings for her mom. This could be very overwhelming for the girl causing her feel depressed. It could effect her performance in school and possibly her attendance in work.
