Answer:

this seems more of a personal input question but life circumstances and dark web may be an input to it. i mean, i would if i really needed money.

Explanation:

a bounty is something that would be hired privately. someone's life may not be in the best shape, but they have the skill to complete a task such as this. money could play into their decision of why they would take up the offer in the first place. i don't personally mind the practice cause i would totally do it if i really needed the money.
