This year has been hard for everyone in the world, because of the pandemic. Like many others, my brother has been dealing with panic attacks due to the quarantine, so my entire family has been struggling as we are uncertain on how to help him. However, this experience has brought us together. We decided to establish family activities to distract him. We organized our schedules around him so he´s always accompanied. And in a family always skeptical about psychology, we changed our minds as he pleaded for some professional help and became amazed by how much it helped him.
