Answer:

No. it was not possible because the American colonies were out to claim their independence.

Explanation:

The American colonies were already too involved in getting their independece, and once they freed themsleves they were not going to be willing to go back to the old colonies way, they wnated to establish a new way of govern where the government came out of the people and wanted to shift away from the old monarchy ways of reigning. They believed in a society where everyone had the right to be free, and pursuit happines, and the English way didn´t allow this. The American colonies initiated a change of times in the whole world, there was no going back from that.

What are the pros and the cons of abolishing the electoral college
erik [133]

Answer:

Some pros are that everyone gets a say. For example if a state has 10 delegates and 6 vote democrat the other 4 Republican votes arent counted. However some cons would be that the electoral college was set in place by our founding fathers for a reason. It gives every state, no matter how small, a say. It also makes sure no one party completely dominates the votes for a long period of time. If California, a dominantly liberal state with a high population, votes without the electoral college it crushes the competition making America a place where you opinion doesnt matter because its dominately liberal. So its whichever you prefer.

Why were some people taxed by their rulers or monarchs?<br> Text to speech
bezimeni [28]

Answer:

The monarchs taxed some people because taxation has always been the main source of income for any political regime.

Monarchies were not the exception, and monarchs needed resources for keeping armies, paying some government officials, and for obtaining their own private wealth. These resources came mainly from three sources: earnigns from trade with other states, the printing of coins (seignorage), and taxes.

Taxes were the main source, and they could be charged in monetary values or physical goods.

This Amendment enforced fair rights of anyone who was born in the United States, meaning if you were born here you get to stay here and you have the rights of a American citizen. If your parents were born outside of the U.S and you were born in the U.S you would be allowed to stay while they would have to leave.
