Which description matches the alternative fitness principle of recovery?

History

The recovery principle states that an athlete needs an appropriate amount of time after a workout or a competition in order to fully recover his or her original physical state. This time is just as important as the actual workout or competition time, as inappropriate management of recovery time could lead to injury that would leave the athlete out of action for a couple of weeks or even months.

The statement “The federal government should pass the Equal Rights Amendment” could best be described as
Arisa [49]

Answer:

an argument or claim

Explanation:

An argument or claim is a statement of opinion on an issue which has multiple sides or perspectives a person can take.

The statement in the question provides a person's perspective on the issue of the Equal Rights Amendment. The amendment, when considered for ratification, had many differing opinions on whether or not it should be passed.  The use of the word "should" also suggests it is the author's claim on the issue. The essay following the claim would provide evidence to support the claim along with analysis to explain how the evidence connects to the claim

How were Europe colonies involved in the war?
balandron [24]

It first outlines the numbers and origins of African soldiers as well as the ways they were deployed in Europe. Then it explores Africans’ war experiences, their impact on colonial societies, and European perceptions of African troops, arguing that African military participation on European battlefields was a crucial experience both for Africans and Europeans. Nevertheless, the question of whether the deployment of Africans in Europe tightened or loosened colonial bonds has no simple answer.
