The answer would be B.  Work place reports come into Human Resource offices among many companies nationwide. Nearly 2 million workers report having been victims  of  violence each year.  And many of those acts are not even reported, therefore it is said that the amount could be about 10 million.

Workplace violence is any act or threat of physical attack, intimidation, or harassment.  Violence is not always a physical attack.  There is also psychological violence, depravation, verbal abuse, and neglect and there are many others.

Workplace violence which is rather explained in options B C D, is what makes people report these millions of occurrences each year.

What was the name of the agreement that divided the congress into the senate and house of representatives
Alja [10]
The agreement that divided Congress into a bicameral system, the Senate and the House of Representatives, is called The Great Compromise. It was the final result of a debate among the delegates on how representation would be set in the states. Delegates gathered in the Constitutional Convention and in the end, both small state and large state representatives agreed on this. The Senate called for equal representation, in favor of the smaller states The House of Representatives called for proportional representation, or representation based on population, which favored the large states.

Hope this helps. Good luck! :)
