The Corona Virus affected me personally in the most drastic way possible. So many months trapped inside my house I started to hear voices very frequently that told me to harm myself. I also started to see shadows walking around the house and there were also people and creatures that were walking around the house, my parents couldn’t see these things but I could. Even though I tried to pay no attention to these things soon came the day that I just collapsed to the floor and just began to cry because I was too tormented. So, I was taken to a psychiatric hospital and I was diagnosed. The psychiatrist said that I needed to take Abilify to control my disorder. They also told me that the disorder that I had was emotional, it was not mental. So, I was relieved. If the Corona Virus had not trapped me inside the house, I would have been fine. But, so many days and weeks trapped in my own abode made my mind react in a completely different manner.
Corona virus affected my social life. It affected my mental health. It made me think about how many germs could be on something. Most importantly, it made me realize that we should appreciate the little things in life because things can change in a heartbeat.
