In any given set of data, the best form of representation of the center value is by getting the average. In this case, to get the percentage of the US general population who has Bachelors degree, we sum up the percentage per state then divide it with the total number of states.

By calculation, the average is 24.76%.

why you think O'Brien keeps stepping out of the "story" to remind us things are or are not true - why this meta element?
Nezavi [6.7K]

Explanation:

As one more cubanito in the city, O'Brien played ball in the county parks, then attended Braddock Pre-University and, after a period at Bethune-Cookman University, returned to play at the University of Miami.

After several goals with the Major League Amateur Draft, O'Brien signed with the New York Yankees in 2012, where he would begin a pilgrimage to several Minor clubs - with two brief stays in Major Leagues - belonging to Arizona, Kansas City, Cincinnati, Texas, Los Angeles and Miami, as if it were your destination to always return.

And now O'Brien, 25, dreams of playing for the Marlins. The truth is that in less than a month its impact is palpable, and its history subjugated. Who knows what can happen if he keeps stacking home runs.

Donna has just moved to the city from a small town and gets a job as an assistant in a law firm. Not being very familiar with th
wel

Answer:social learning

Explanation:

Social learning refers to how we learn from all those around us by closely watching their behaviour. Mostly we have people we look up to as our model and we are likely to model their behaviour after studying it carefully and we may find ourselves later doing what they did exactly as they were doing it.

However the behavior that we imitate depends on whether the behavior that we observed was reinforced or punished from our model. If the behaviour we observed was reinforced which means it hard a rewarding outcome ,it is likely that we will imitate that behavior so that we can also receive such reinforcement however if the behaviour was punished it is less likely that we will imitate it.

This is why Donna is trying to look at their mistakes and achievement because she wants to learnt from their mistakes and not repeat them and imitate those behavior that led to achievements.
