So first you need to find the area of the building site which is:

length x width

39.5m x 32.5m

= 1283.75m^{2}

We know that one square meter costs 185.50 euros.

1m^{2} = 185.50 euros

1283.75m^{2} = <u>238135.625 euros</u>

I'm not exactly that familiar with euros but I'm pretty sure that euros don't have 3 numbers after the point so the two nearest numbers are <u>238134.86 and 238135.86.</u>
