I dont know for sure though cause the model looks different from what I've seen before so answer at your own risk but I'm pretty sure this is right Hope that helps!

Ok so what I did was base × height for the rectangles because thats the formula for those those I got 70 for both the left and right the left isn't showing but I'm assuming its there its 70 for both because 14 × 5 = 70 then for the bottom is 112 because 14 × 8 = 112 then the two triangles are 12 each because 8 × 3 = 24 then divide by 2 because thats what you do for triangles then I just add all these numbers up so... 70 + 70 + 112 + 12 + 12 = 276
