<h2>Answer:</h2>

The correct answer is option A which is, "it dominates the phenotype".

<h3>Explanation:</h3>

There are two types of alleles in the gene pair of one trait.

One is known as dominant allele while other is recessive allele.

One allele is dominant over the recessive and when both alleles come together, the dominant allele will describe the phenotype.

But not always, as in case if both alleles are recessive then recessive allele will describe the phenotype.

Hence the most relating statement is option A.

Why aren't there any cures for genetic disorders
Afina-wow [57]
Genetic disorders are caused by mutations in genes. These genes consist of DNA and are inherited by the organism by its parents. Genes code for specific amino acids, and they are so complex that we still do not completely comprehend the function of every gene in the human body so we cannot remove them in order to fix a disease. Moreover, every cell in an organism's body has the same genome (except the gametes) so it is not possible to delete the faulty gene from the cells.

Compare and contrast cell communication by nerve signal with cell communication by ion-linked channel receptors... please help f
hoa [83]
Nerve cells communicate by sending an electrical signal through an axon, from this molecules get released into the synapse this then binds itself onto receptor sites. With ion-linked channel receptors, the ligands get binded to a protein. The ion channels are then opened and the proccess gets repeated. Does that help?
