Being with the people you love, and that care about you is what makes us feel good and that your not alone. Even just a warm conversation at the dinner table, or playing a fun board game. Be around people that will bring you up rather than make you feel bad about yourself. People are the ones to make us smile and cheerful which is what makes our heart happy.
