Answer: 3

Step-by-step explanation:

Given : Juanita is making necklaces to give as presents.

She plans to put 15 beads on each necklace. Beads are sold in packages of 20.

To find the least common number of packages she can buy to make necklaces and have no beads left over,  First we need to find the least common multiple of 15 and 20.

Since , 15=3\times5\\\\20=2\times2\times5

Then least common multiple of 15 and 20 =2\times2\times3\times5=60

Now, the least common number of packages she can buy to make necklaces and have no beads left over =\dfrac{60}{20}=3.

Hence, the least common number of packages she can buy to make necklaces and have no beads left over=3

Hi there!

It should be 4 packages, with some mental math.

4 * 20 = 80

4 * 15 = 60

Remember we still have 20 beads left over now. Add it to 60 and bam! You're done!

1) y=3x3-3 <br> non liner or liner? <br> Explain
bija089 [108]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

A linear equation, when graphed, gives a straight line. This looks like you meant y=3x^3 - 3

There are parts of this equation that look like they could be linear, but the graph below shows that the graph does not go straight through -3. The graph therefore is non-linear.
