Describe two ways that the religious diversity in the middle East has led to politician conflict.
sergij07 [2.7K]

Answer:

Religion and how it is perceived plays an important role in conflicts throughout the Middle East.

Explanation:

Long-drawn historical battle between the two sections of Islamic followers (Sunni and Shiite) took an ugly turn when ISIS, a very fundamentalist and militant Sunni group, has murdered thousands of Shiite minorities and others outside the Islamic faith. This led to the Shiite conflict with the Sunni headed nations.

Secondly, the political conflict between Israel and Palestine also falls on the religious line, the reason being the conflict between Arabs and Jews.
