I think what causes stress for teens is mostly when teens have to do so much things with school but have so many internal problems that aren't getting solved so it makes every day life harder. and when the adults aren't speaking more on mental health and acting like just because you aren't abused means you cant have problems. I think more mental health education and promotion would greatly help teens feel less alone and more inclined to talk abt they're problems. When I am stressed or anxious I stop the things I'm doing(mostly schoolwork) and i go do something that doesnt stress me out even if it's a assignment super important, it just stresses me out too much. Stress makes life very hard when I have to worry about every little thing and make myself feel worse than with all the stuff I am internally dealing with. I think the largest factor is SCHOOL
