the gar population will increase, the diving duck will decrease slightly and the crab population will decrease

Explanation:

Since the alligator population will decrease, the gar population won't have anything to limit their population, so they will increase fast. The crab population will decrease fast as there are more gars to eat them. The duck population will decrease slightly as the gar is eating more crabs then the duck
