So, what would happen is that people wouldn't have good manners to listen to other people. Let's make an example. Let's say there was two girls, which were best friends which were named Anna and Rachel. Anna likes to talk about her interests but then while Rachem tries too, she disrupts her. This kept happening for years. Their relationship gotten very negative because they kept argueing. Then, they quit being friends. Also, there id the 1st ammendment which is freedom of speech, religion... So, that could break the 1st ammendment.
