Answer and Explanation:

The SNCC (Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee) chose Oxford, Ohio, as the location for the volunteer orientation because the place that was initially chosen, Berea College, ended up turning down the request as a result of the opposition it faced from its alumni.

The SNCC made it clear that the volunteers didn’t the have to go if they didn’t want to because, based on past experiences, the knew the volunteers could face a lot of dangers from the racism that was prevalent in the South.

<span><span>A.</span>Having fewer children</span>

Equality for women has affected population growth because today an increasing percentage of women are having fewer children. Women now have the freedom of choice whether to have children or not and how many children they would have. Also, with the increasing spread of family planning and the use of contraceptives, women can control when to have children. This was impossible to do in the past. Women were mostly at home whose main duty was to take care of the family.
