It’s either reservoir or mode of transmission.
I personally can’t pick one because of how the question is written. The part that confuses me the most is word “carrying” which indicates the place where microorganism lives in, such as water, soil, food, humans, animals.
Mode of transmission means the way microorganisms are spread (droplets, air, direct contact, etc.) from one place to another.
