<u>Explanation:</u>

The commander of the outpost built a permanent post at Nootka Sound by seizing some British commercial ships was had come for commercial trade purposes.

Due to sovereignty claims and right to navigation, the crisis started. Although, the crisis was solved with peace through Nootka Conventions which consisted a set of three agreements.

After this, Britain started trading to up to ten leagues which were occupied by Spain and also surrendered many of its trade claims to Britain, all these were an outcome of the expansion of Britain's trade system and helped it flourish.
