(Not for school, personal question) I am a 14 yr old, 15 in January. I lift weights and stick to a diet, recently I haven't been

working out due to a hip injury that is healing slowly but surely. I have been using whey protein powder after workout, not to much as I know it is unhealthy for you (32 grams with plenty of water). I just recently found out about vegan protein and heard it is healthier then whey, not sure if I should switch to vegan or whey, opinions? I apologize for any typos, currently on mobile.

Answer:

For me, I am not a vegan. But you should honestly do whatever your heart tells you to do. You can stick to eating meat while you ate using a protein, you honestly do not have to switch to vegan, it would not make much of a difference. :)

Explanation:

hope this help. keep being strong, and do whatever your heart says.

Answer:

There are many harmful chemicals in the cigarette that increases the red blood count. The compounds that is found in the cigarette are carbon monoxide, and other compounds that decreases the level of oxygen inside the body.

In order to compensate the oxygen level of the body, the body boosts the level of production of red blood blood cells in the body.

hence, the chemical like carbon dioxide and monoxide tends to decrease the level of oxygen in the body and elevated red blood cells.
