The axis powers were part of the power pact, after after partnering with japan and italy. their soul purpose was to establish a new order of how things were run. to promote prosperity and welfare to the people.

in contrast, the allied powers wanted to defeat the axis and create a peaceful post war. ( response to the axis unprovoked war) the effect it had on the world
