dimulka [17.4K]

Answer:

apothecary, awake, Balthasar, banishment, Capulets, dagger, disease, drinks, father, final, follow, Friar, John, Juliet, kills, kisses, letter, Mantua, Montague, monument, morning, page, Paris, plan, poison, Prince, Romeo, sisterhood, Verona, watch

Explanation:

In William Shakespeare's final Act of "The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet," Balthasar delivers news to Romeo that Juliet is dead. Balthasar did not know about the Friar's plan. Before going to Verona to see Juliet, Romeo desperately seeks out an apothecary and convinces him to sell him poison. Meanwhile, Friar Lawrence talks to Friar John. Friar John was supposed to send news to Romeo in Mantua about Juliet, but he was unable to enter the city because of a disease. The Friar goes to the Capulet monument to meet Juliet before she wakes up. Before the Friar reaches the monument, Paris and his page are already there. Paris places flowers by Juliet, but then his page whistles because someone else is coming. It is Romeo and Balthasar. Romeo gives Balthasar a letter to give to his father the next morning. Balthasar does not listen and hides instead. Romeo encounters Paris and they fight. Romeo kills Paris. Before Paris dies, he asks to be placed next to Juliet. Romeo then seeks out Juliet's body, before he drinks the poison and dies. Outside of the monument, the Friar greets Balthasar. Once inside the monument, the Friar sees Romeo and Paris' dead bodies. He walks over to Juliet who is now awake. Juliet asks for Romeo, but the Friar tells her that Romeo and Paris are dead. The Friar tells Juliet that the watch is coming and that he can take her to a sisterhood of holy nuns. The Friar leaves thinking that Juliet will not leave. She sees that romeo drank poison, and she kisses him to try to poison herself. She then hears the watch, and takes Romeo's dagger and stabs herself. The Prince arrives at the scene shortly before the Capulets and Montagues. Their parents are devastated when they hear the news. Montague reveals that his wife also died because she was upset about Romeo's death. Friar Lawrence explained what happened, and it is confirmed by Balthasar. The two families end their long-standing feud, and the Prince says that Verona paid a high price.

What would be the worst "last thing" you could experience? (Like hearing a fly buzzing) Explain.
sergey [27]

Answer:

Definitely not being able to see your loved ones in your last moments.

Explanation:

When you're nearing death and on your death bed, you generally want people you know and love to be there so you can say your last goodbyes and say how much you loved them, and so they can do the same for you. However, if there's nobody there in your last moments, it's just this feeling of loneliness and sadness as you pass on.

My opinion on this answer:

In my opinion, that's one of the things I'm scared of. One of my fears is being alone, and if that ever happened to me I feel like my last few moments of living would be filled with tears.
