Answer: A person will never be able to reinterpret what you said the way that you intended your message to be delivered.

Explanation: For example, I could say "I was having the worst moment of my life, in a very depressing voice. Another person could translate my words "She was having the worst moment of her life, in a tone that doesn't come across as serious. Therefore it is very hard for someone to reinterpret your words in a way that you intended it to be.
