tekilochka [14]

Answer:

Well in order to know what he exactly meant we first need to know what the words "manifest" and "destiny" mean. Manifest means to display or show and destiny means fate. Therefore when he said it was the United States' manifest destiny, he meant that it was supposed to happen that way for the country to get so big. The people spread so fast across the country and acquired many lands and property.

What are the systems that affect Earth's position and features?
WINSTONCH [101]
The Earth's position, relative to the sun, affects the climate, environment, and geography, (as well as everything else on the planet). Due to the gravitational pull of the sun as well as the gravity from the moon, the Earth is kept in constant rotation around the sun, creating the cycle of seasons and months in both hemispheres and daylight. Spinning on its own axis and in its orbit, the amount of light and heat from the sun is converted into energy by life on the planet, creating the cycles of carbon, water, and erosion.

HELP ME!!
natka813 [3]
(This isn’t going to be an actual paragraph answer - don’t put this as your answer, this is just some guidance) I don’t know if you’re familiar with Machiavelli’s “The Prince” but in the text Machiavelli says that all a man really care about is his property (or something like that, I’d fact check it/get an actual quote). Locke very much so supported a absolute monarch and “The Prince” is essentially a guide of sorts for absolute rulers -> Locke was a fan of Machiavelli’s work. Thomas Jefferson on the other hand did not support an absolute ruler (he was of English decent, like other American colonists, and England was a constitutional monarchy, hince the American constitution/government) and therefore probably didn’t support Machiavelli’s work but he was a fan of Locke (a lot of the founding fathers were fans of enlightenment thinkers, John Locke was an elightened thinker) so Jefferson took his ideas from Locke.
