Ruff, ruff, ruff...what is this place and what is wrong with these people? They have 4 other dogs, why in the world do they want

me too? The lady and the man are quite friendly and the boy just wants to pet my head, but that girl only wants me to stay in her room and snuggle with her. I don't want to just snuggle! I'm a puppy, I want to run and roll in the grass. Hey, where are the other 4 dogs? They must be outside because I don't see them following the lady and pawing at the man for attention. I run to the back door made of total glass, so I can see the backyard. I was right! There they are! I begin to yelp and whine so the boy will let me out to play, but he doesn't do it. He tells me that I'm too small to go out with the other dogs, so he has to pick me up and take me out there. I'm not a baby is what I'm thinking, but not so fast...the other 4 dogs come charging at me full speed. They're like speedy cannons being shot on the enemy. I begin to shake and worry. The boy, Tyler, knows this and he picks me up again. He then takes me and the other dogs into a grassy area. The other dogs, they call Owen, Cooper, Tootsie, and Elvis, run and run as if they're circling a track. I WANT TO RUN TOO! PUT ME DOWN! And just as if Tyler read my mind- he does! My paws are on the grass and I'm free to go. As the other dogs run, I jump on the end of the line and follow along. My little legs won't let me keep up, but I try hard. Then the mommy lady comes out and yells, "COOKIE TIME!" I follow the others in and we each get a chocolate chip cookie followed by a chewy chip. This place is great! I'm so glad they brought me home to live here.

Answer:Ruff, ruff, ruff ... ¡No quiero simplemente acurrucarme! Empiezo a temblar y preocuparme.

How can diversity in the workplace make a company more competitive in a global market? Diversity inhibits critical thinking and
Lisa [10]

Answer:

Diversity in the workplace is always a good idea for a company to be more competitive in a global market. Diversity not only give a chance to all kinds of human beings which either belongs to a different race, religion, sex and cultures but also they also help the company to understand people around the world more closely.

Diverse environment not only helps to bring new ideas but the creativity in product is also unique from other competitors who do not have the diversity in their offices because they don't know the specific culture, lifestyle of a specific area.

Suppose if you want to expand your company in some African country and you do not have any idea about their customs, their needs you can not bring the best product to them, but if you have a staff member who is from there he or she can help you better understand their needs and creating products.

Diverse environment in the workplace helps to dig out the problems and discussions from every aspect which at the end results in the better product and the reputation of the company because it will satisfy every single person around the globe by considering their needs and demands.

So, diverse environment not only set the good example of the equal opportunities but also take any company to the top of the global market because they know what people possibly need and fulfill their demands.
