Write an argumentative essay for or against always telling the truth, even in situations that may be hurtful to others.

Answer:

I would tell the truth because if you lie all the time you could get somebody hurt or in trouble with their parents or the law or the school it just really isn't a good idea to lie. If you keep lying and you get caught they won't trust you and then in the future when something happens and it wasn't you but some other people say it was you and you try to defend yourself and say it wasn't you, they won't believe you because you kept lying in the past. Lying isn't right I've lied in the past about minor things to help my friends and I ended up feeling guilty even though I didn't do, I still helped by lying for them. End the end whatever if you lie all the time no one will trust you and you won't have anyone to believe you if something bad happens.

This is what had put on mine just make sure you re-wright it in your own words please and thank you <3

Anna11 [10]

Based on the fact that you are working with Cristina to review some cases in criminal justice class, it is important to:

 • Prepare a defense for Mona Day based on the available evidence of law enforcement officers.

Who is a Criminal Defendant?

This refers to the legal team who is representing an accused in a law court.

With this in mind, it is important to try and establish the innocence of Mona Day and find loopholes which was left by the law enforcement officers while making surveillance of your client.

This would help to win the case and prove that your client is innocent of the charges, but if the evidence is ironclad, it would be good to enter a plea bargain.
