I’m not good at solving for any letters, if you give me a head start of how to solve I’ll solve, I just can’t seem to learn how to start the equation. Please help

Okay, so on this type of question, the exterior angle equals the two interior angles added up, so you take 4x+7+6x-9=118 and then solve!

x=12 :)
