I would choose to go to Mexico and eat the real Mexican traditional food. Would love to visit Guadalajara because they have the best choice of meals like their delicious "menudos" in the mornings, "mole" in the afternoons and like any other Mexican family some carne asada tacos followed by pan dulce with a cup of cofee at night time.
