Well start telling them compelling arguments and telling them why it would be beneficial for you to stay there. Or simply apply the good ol, “I have to become responsible”

Answer: It depends on their mood and the day. If they're in a good mood and it's the weekend I would start the conservation by asking if they have any plans, then I'd say positive points of it. Such as: "I study a lot and I think I deserve a little break to destress".. "It's been a while since I've seen my friends don't you think I should go for a bit?"

I don't know but like you want to persuade them in the best way as possible, also include that you are trying to be more responsible and maybe add that you're mainly indoors and you want to have some fun.
