Let's look at the options:

A. The different cultures were established in Asia and carried into the Americas.
This is not very likely, as the cultures would have changed too much in the time of the migration

B. Constant warfare among the different Native American groups led to cultural differences.
Warfare does not necessarily lead to differences, it is possible to have a comflict with people of the same or similar culture

Explain why westward expansion was a natural progression for the nation.
Zina [86]

Westward expansion was a natural progression for the nation because the most powerful entities came from the East (England). It is only natural that they spread out and conquer/capture/kill/annihilate those in their way (the true Americans/Native Americans). In doing so they conquered a whole land and taught them their ways while spreading West.

How did the answer to the question, "Who should have the right to vote in a democracy?" change from colonial times to the presen
Rainbow [258]

well most of the time the answer to that question in colonial times was only rich white men should vote. Of course as time went on we realized hey maybe other people should get to decide what happens in our country, (I say decided what it actually was was a wide spread protest and debate) this lead to the 15th amendment in 1870 that gave African men the right to vote and the 19th amendment in 1920 that gave white woman the right to vote.
