Flexibility is important because it allows muscles to remain mobile. In sports, flexibility helps with aerobic training, muscle conditioning, and may even prevent injury. Flexibility helps with balance and reduces stress on the bodies muscles. It improves everyday functions, strengthens joints, and reduces the risk of injury in everyday life.
