It looks as though this essay should be an argumentative/persuasive essay. As such, there are two main ways to construct this. Knowing you should refute two points from the article, you could do this by either mentioning the opposing viewpoints first then your refutes (known as the block method), or you could do this point by point by stating an opposing viewpoint, then refuting it in the same paragraph (known as the point-by-point method). C. Hyphens are usually used to connect two words that forms a new word with a new meaning. In all of the other sentences, the hyphen divides a single word into 2 meaningless words instead of connecting 2 actual words.
