Stay on task, late work stacks up fast. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Don't wait to study until right before the test, spread out studying throughout the unit. From someone taking two AP classes, they aren't easy but with hard work, they are worth it in the end.
Stress and trauma. There are many reason why children eyewitness testimonies may not be completely accurate, one of which could be stress and trauma. When children experience a traumatic and stressful event, their ability to accurately recall the event becomes impaired.
I don’t know what type you need but you could watch if you have Netflix the docuseries evil genius, when they see us, murder to mercy: the cyntoia brown story, worlds most wanted, or the social dilemma. For school I would probably watch the social dilemma because it’s more of a current thing that you might be able to relate to more and explain it more thoroughly. But if you go under the documentary genre on Netflix there are so many more to choose from. All the examples I listed are on Netflix but you might be able to find some of them on websites like myflixer.to if you don’t have Netflix.
Genes come in different varieties, called alleles. Somatic cells contain two alleles for every gene, with one allele provided by each parent of an organism. Often, it is impossible to determine which two alleles of a gene are present within an organism's chromosomes based solely on the outward appearance of that organism. However, an allele that is hidden, or not expressed by an organism, can still be passed on to that organism's offspring and expressed in a later generation.
