The story takes place in the roaring 20s were the great Gatsby find a girl and they fall in love in the move to Canada and have three babies ones a girl to a boy and they also start a farm business and they have their own grocery store any live happily ever after

The story takes place in “the roaring twenties”. The characters in the novel have dreams and goals and not one dream ends well. That is why my thesis statement is: The Great Gatsby is really about unattainable dreams. The dreams I am discussing is Gatsby´s American dream, Daisy's dream and Nick's dream.
