I'd say it's that she is stubborn. She is unable to make a compromise in times of trouble meaning she's not open to it and she's not level-headed about it, but she doesn't enjoy trouble either. She is stubborn and it was honorable of her to stand up for what she believed was right, but she had no sense of compromise.
