I think the best way to answer this question is to look at your <em>own</em> community/school/home and think of how it is peaceful, or could be peaceful.

For example, if your community creates peace by focusing on volunteer efforts, you can add that! Likewise, if your community doesn't focus on healthy eating, you could talk about actions that could fix that.

Farm life. They had a difficult time in the 1800s and 1900's. They had to use wireless (I'm sure it is, I forgot) fences to hold cattle. They had to make better shelter on storms and take care of their animals. This was a challenge to them.
