Its varies from person to person, find out what works for you/your level of comfort when presenting. I recommend writting it exactly how you want to say it and structure it like an essay [Intro, evidance & source, counter argument, evidance & source, conclusion] I am a freshman in highschool so the standards might be different if you're older but if you structure your notes like an essay with less words the presentation will be clear and cut which is good.
