No it’s not a simile has as, like, than in it and I think it would be an idiom

I went to my PLACE to ORGANIZE my things when it OCCURed to me that the MINIMUM wage was low for no reason. I saw a credit card and read the MAXIMIUM I could spend was 1,250 so I read the LABEL and it was from Discover. I didn’t ask for it so I need to INVESTIGATE. So my friend then came over to JUSTIFY why they signed me up and used my INFORMATION and didn’t INCLUDE me.
