Answer:

In my opinion, censorship can only be good when used to protect  50 citizens.  For example,  bleeping bad words MTV shows it's a form of moral censorship that aims to protect the audience, and especially children, from bad language.  

On the other hand, censorship is bad when used by the dominant powers to remain in power by censoring dissenting ideas.  For example, political censorship refers to censoring opposing ideas by those in government.  

Explanation:

Censorship should only be used to protect people, and not suppress ideas that may not agree with the dominant powers.
