The correct answers are: 3) They have won huge victories despite their underdog status; and 4) The Union seemed to have every advantage, but still lost battles.

The South didn't have numerical advantages but both Jackson and Lee relied on each other and won incredible battles against the Union even when they didn't have the upper hand.

When Adolf Hitler seized power in Germany prior to World War II, what title did he bestow on himself?
zmey [24]
Depends on your definition of "seized power".  In 34, he became the Fuhrer.  In 33 he became the Chancellor of Germany, sharing power with the German President.

You want "Fuhrer", though.  You take him, I don't want him.

How is the right-hand side of the woodcut different from the left-hand side? What is the effect of this difference?
sammy [17]
Is there a specific woodcut you are referring to? Woodcuts are printed in reverse, meaning that when an artist is carving the wooden panel they have to think the opposite way around. E.g. if an artist is carving text into wood, then they will have to cut this in reverse, to print legibly.
