Answer and Explanation:

Right now, I am hungry to see change in the world and to be a part of that change. I understand we live at a time of possibilities. No generation before us had the same opportunities and access to information, authorities, and media as we do. I believe it is important that we use it to make the world a safer place for all types of people, no matter their beliefs, choices, cultural backgrounds, races, etc. I am hungry for equality, justice, peace, safety, and harmony between countries and individuals.

Salsk061 [2.6K]
<span>The function of a transitive verb is to direct action toward the verb’s object. It needs a direct object to fulfill its purpose. Some examples of transitive verbs are: bring, enjoy, elect, deny, and prefer to name a few. Its function depends on its usage as well as there are transitive verbs in one sentence but intransitive in another. It has no subject. </span>

Which word in NOT a conjunction?<br> A. but<br> B. not<br> C. yet<br> D. so
sweet [91]

I believe the answer is B. Not.

a conjunction is a word that connects sentences, phrases, or clauses. The words "but", "yet", and "so" all do that, and therefore, are conjunctions. The only word that isn't a conjunction is "not", so the answer is B. Hope that helps!
