D is the most likely answer to me personally, because it gives the reader the idea that something happened but doesn't explain anything so the reader is left wanting to know more. The other options are "normal" or bland and don't hook the reader into the story.

i mean it can be a good/positive attitude here are some examples:
Positive self-doubts can help you set personal goals or action plans.
Positive self doubts can maybe push you harder to do what you're doubting, work harder to burn body fat(if there is any), and just generally push you to finally being able to do what you're trying to achieve.
Finally, If you thing of doubt as <em>constructive, </em>to where you are telling yourself yeah, maybe i could work on this more as a person, i guess that could be another example.
