Each calendar will sell for $5 each write an equatio to model the total income for selling calendars
Brrunno [24]
To answer the question above, I let x be the number of calendars sold. You may use any other letter as this is just for representation. The total income generated in selling calendars is calculated by multiplying the number of calendars with the price. That is,
                                   total income = 5x
If we let total income be y, our equation is further simplified into,
                                            y = 5x

Asap please help! and explain how you got the answer!
Inessa [10]
55

To start to solve this problem we start by observing what information there is. We need y, to find y we have to know x. We need x to find y because all the angles in a triangle add up to 180. If we find x we can subtract the angles we know and get y. To find x we look and see that it is on a straight line, and on the other side of the line is 100. We know that a straight line is 180 degrees so we subtract 100 from 180 to get x. We now know x is 80, so now we minus 89 and 45 from 180. We get 55. This means that y is 55.

Hope this helps! Please make me the brainliest, it’s not necessary but appreciated, I put a lot of effort and research into my answers. Have a good day, stay safe and stay healthy.

A sample originally contains 21 grams of a radioactive isotope. After 45 days, 17.3 grams of the isotope remain in the sample.
Darya [45]

Answer:

The answer to your question is:  128 days

Step-by-step explanation:

Data

original mass = 21 g

after 45 days = 17.3 g

Process

mass transform = 21 - 17.3 = 3.7 g

                                21 g ----------------------- 100 %

                                3.7 g ---------------------   x

                                x = (3.7 x 100) / 21

                                x = 17.61 %

                               17.61 % -------------------  45 days

                               50%    --------------------  x

                              x = (50 x 45) / 17.61

                              x = 127.8 ≈ = 128 days
