The correct answer is A) As a Supreme Court justice, he said that segregation in schools was against the Constitution.

Earl Warren was one of the several judges that ruled on the Brown vs. Board of Education case. This was one of the most important Supreme Court cases in history, as it overturned the previous Supreme Court case Plessy vs. Ferguson. Warren and the other justices ruled that the doctrine of "separate but equal" was a clear violation of the 14th amendment, specifically the Equal Protection Clause.

British government believed that many colonial merchants were doing what? *
svetlana [45]

Answer:

Correct answer is Smuggling.

Explanation:

Correct answer is smuggling because Britain wanted to make colonists buy their gods. As they were raising taxes it led to colonists disobeyed some acts. That is why the British authorities believed that colonists were smuggling certain gods.

Second option is not correct as British authorities were constantly raising taxes in the colonies.

They weren't doubting third option as question of trade with Natives didn't bother them that much.

Why was the united states interested in expanding its territories in the late 1800s?
Ira Lisetskai [31]

Explanation:

the main reason the US expanded its influence in the foreign countries was because in the late 1800's industrialization made it to where the US needed to trade with other countries. manufacturers spent money making factories with assembly lines, but there were big companies which often produced more products than the American people could buy. Sales from American Goods to foreign countries was important to the workers in the US because workers would be out of jobs if the companies were out of business, companies depend on overseas sales to keep their businesses going, and workers depend on overseas sales to keep their jobs.
