Answer:

I times of great stress you are often found wanting to take your pain out on others. Instead of doing this think of what their pain is to and how you can create a snowball effect.

To release your stress or (metal) pain do something you enjoy, such as playing music.

If that doesn't work it is ok to vent your problems to someone else as long as they are a close and trusted friend, don't do this to someone you don't know well.
